Important message from parish priest Roman Galben

Beloved faithful members and friends of our Church,

We invite you and kindly ask that you take the time to read this message to the end, as it is extremely important for understanding the steps necessary to bring our church building project to its final stage by the end of this year. God came upon the earth to show us the power of sacrificial love and to tell us that the way of Resurrection can only be walked through the way of Golgotha, suffering and Crucifixion.

We invite you to walk alongside us on this path of self-sacrifice for the sake of God and our Romanian spirituality. At the end of earthly life, God smiles upon us and awaits us with open arms, saying: “Take heart, I have overcome the world!”

We have reached a crucial moment for our community: With the blessing of His Eminence Nicolae, the Metropolit of the Two Americas and of course, with the help of our Good God and your support, we have set out to fully cover the $540,000 bank loan this year.

In this email, we wish to share with you how we came to launch the new campaign: "$5,000 for $540,000 – Pillars of Legacy Through the Ages," through which we hope to find 108 donors, each contributing $5,000, to raise the above-mentioned amount needed to pay the bank loan.

We invite you to join this vital campaign and to reach out to us regarding your contribution, in whatever shape or form. We need each and every one of us for the success of this project! God will be with us as long as we too sow the seeds of faith and sacrifice. Founder donations are accepted by check, made out to "The Life-Giving Fountain Romanian Orthodox Church", and either given in person at the church, or sent by mail to: 132 Califon Rd, Long Valley, NJ, 07853.

You can also contact me personally by phone (305-333-0605), or any member of the Parish Counsil via email at board@izvorultamaduirii.org. We thank you very much for the love, dedication, and patience you show in supporting us in the campaign to complete this project. May the Good Lord bless your sacrifice and your generous and kind heart!

Respectfully,

V Rev. Fr. Roman Galben
